Every sacred artwork is born from the desire to tell what cannot be seen, to give shape to an inner presence. For me, painting is a process of attentive observation: it means seeking the light that gives meaning to the faces and stories I portray. It is a work of focus, of deep listening, an unspoken prayer.
In the face of Christ, in the gentleness of the Virgin, or in the resolve of the saints, I seek what makes the divine human, and what in the divine speaks to the human heart. Angels appear in my works as companions who guide and protect, elements that invite reflection and contemplation. Every brushstroke is the result of study, care, and intention. Sacred art, for me, is a dialogue between technique and meaning, a space where the image invites the viewer to rediscover a moment of stillness and depth. It is within this balance that the image comes alive and the mystery reveals itself, silent and radiant, like faith itself.
For those who wish, in addition to the original artwork, a Fine Art canvas print is available in the same dimensions as the painting, produced in a limited edition. Three Fine Art cotton paper prints are also available: one in the same size as the original and two scaled versions, all created with inkjet technology and long-lasting KODACHROME® inks.
